The Stallscore pre-flight tool is free to use without an account. We also offer two optional paid extras, sold through third-party Merchant-of-Record platforms (Polar and Lemon Squeezy). We give no legal advice and we promise no outcomes. You use Stallscore at your own discretion, as is, with no warranty.
What Stallscore is
Stallscore reads a public marketplace listing URL you paste, applies a heuristic rule pack, and returns a letter grade and a list of pattern observations. The output is informational only.
No legal advice
Stallscore is not a law firm, not a lawyer, and not a substitute for one. We do not provide legal advice. Findings are pattern observations against publicly documented regulations and marketplace practices. Words like "violation," "illegal," "non-compliant," "PASS," and "FAIL" are intentionally absent from our output. If a finding raises a real concern for your listing, consult qualified counsel in your jurisdiction.
No warranty, no guarantee
Stallscore is provided strictly "as is" and "as available." We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all express and implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that findings are complete, that the absence of a finding means a listing is safe, or that following a suggestion will produce any particular outcome.
Free use plus optional paid extras
The Stallscore pre-flight is free to use with no signup and no account. Two optional paid products are offered alongside the free tool:
- Full Report upgrade, EUR 9 one-off, per audit. Unlocks all findings for a single audit you ran, the full materials map, and a printable view. Sold and fulfilled by Polar (Merchant of Record); their terms and refund policy apply to the purchase.
- Compliance Cheat Sheet PDF, EUR 19 one-off. A downloadable guide to the major marketplace-compliance rules. Sold and fulfilled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record); their terms and refund policy apply.
Both products are one-off purchases. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no Stallscore-managed account. We never see your card details. The Merchant of Record collects payment data, charges you, remits VAT, sends the receipt, and handles refund requests.
EU consumers buying a digital product normally have a 14-day cooling-off right. At checkout the Merchant of Record will ask you to confirm that delivery begins immediately, which under EU law waives the cooling-off right for that delivery. If you have any issue with a purchase, contact the Merchant of Record first; their dispute process is the primary channel. You can also email povkonop@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
Acceptable use
- Use only your own listings or listings you have permission to audit.
- Do not use Stallscore to scrape at scale, to overwhelm our infrastructure, or to harass any seller.
- Do not represent Stallscore output as legal or financial advice to third parties.
Independence from marketplaces
Stallscore is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc., Shopify Inc., eBay Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or any other marketplace. Marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what Stallscore reads.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stallscore and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including lost sales, ranking changes, suspended listings, regulatory inquiries, or any other consequence. For the free pre-flight, no consideration is exchanged and aggregate liability is, where law allows, capped at zero. For optional paid extras, aggregate liability is, where law allows, capped at the price you actually paid for that single product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by that jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stallscore and its operator against any claim arising out of your use of the service or your reliance on its output, except where prohibited by law.
Changes and discontinuation
We may change, suspend, or end the service at any time without notice. We may change these terms by updating this page; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
